Vaginal Birth After C-section (VBAC)
Dr. Barrere is a strong advocate for women desiring a vaginal birth after C-section (VBAC), sometimes referred to as Trial Of Labor After C-Section (TOLAC). Each pregnancy is evaluated individually to determine whether or not it is safe to labor with your current pregnancy.
Most women (about 80%) who try to VBAC will be successful.

Many therapeutic modalities are available during your labor to make the overall experience more pleasant for you and your family. Developing a birth plan can greatly assist you and your doctor in making preparations for your delivery. There are several on-line sites that can help you prepare a birth plan.
